What is happening facepunch? (5 DAYS WAITING FOR AN ANSWER) - Rust

I am 5 days already waiting for a ticket, I had to create a new one, will I have to start spamar twittering the garry to see if I get care? Spend money to buy the game, spend money to buy skins, we are customers and not even a customer service? Are they still blocking me from the support? They only give support on real problems, like game-breaking errors and crashes. You buying broken skins in a time they barely work for anyone is your own mistake, don't blame others for it!

I really doubt spamming Garry on twitter is going to help you. You were banned for cheating, yes? I remember your post for a few days ago. I bet Garry gets bombarded on twitter with tweets from people crying about being banned. I'd imagine that if they went as far as to suspend you from even submitting a support tick it's because you were either submitting too many tickets, communicating in a disrespectful way, or there is conclusive evidence that you did in fact cheat. Of course, that's all speculation but I can't imagine why they would just suspend you from support for no reason.

They simply suspended me for no reason, I was just asking why they banned me, want a copy of the ticket that resulted in me banning the support?

I see you almost on a daily basis hovering on the forums, as if to try to damage a company. Because you've been banned for exploiting/scripting/cheating "Whatever who cares". Every time I read what you write, you're not here to help a situation, you're creating a toxic problem by feeding it further into a sour apple. If all you're going to do is come to the forums, I'd ask as one of the fellow community members to go elsewhere and take your time and enjoy something else. Instead of hovering around here, trying to do more harm than good. So at this point you need to stop. Otherwise as a friendly piece of advice, don't be surprised if you get banned on the forums as well. I understand you feel wronged, but acting like a child for all to see in the middle of the market throwing your fit isn't going to get you anywhere. If you're that upset about whatever it is that happened to you, and you value this game and your time playing it that much. Contact someone in private.. BE PATIENT and wait for a reply. If you haven't received an answer. That in itself is an answer.. and you have to come to the conclusion you're past redeeming. And that you need to move on. Otherwise this... this crap right here I quoted. Just stop.
