Finding players with weird names in recent players or current?

I'm a little confused as to why I can't find someone with the name " " . Just a smiley face, in the players list. I'm not sure if there are special characteristics that make it look different in game than what his actual steam name is? If someone could shed light on this I would greatly appreciate it. I reported him via the rust report system that is built in, due to the fact i was headshot multiple times 500 yards away by a semi auto in the pitch black dark of night without a single shot being missed, all within 0.5 seconds. I wanted to view his profile to see if it was private or any bans on record. I found 1 person with a ban on record and a private profile in Rustafied Medium, the server I'm on, which by the way, seems to contain a smaller number of aimbotters (possibly 2-3 max) Also, I don't just blame anyone, I have 1500 hours on record for Legacy and current rust. Its quite easy to pinpoint suspicious players. I really don't expect anything much to be done about this to be honest, I just want to know how to find players with strange names. I think this profile might be his as its the only name in my current game with a smile face.
