Well good thing you know that the remover tool is a addon and not developed by Facepunch
Oh, i have the same problem. Whenever i raid my game starts to lag as hell. When rocket explodes it disappears, but it's sound is keep playing and then my game crashes. So annoying.

good to know that your pc has problems rendering the server with mods (can be one of the mods that causes this) and that you needed 5 times the same picture to tell us nothing.

reinstall rust
Alt+F4 then Uninstall rust. Problem solved
