So I stopped playing Gmod a few months back and uninstalled it. It used to work fine on my PC, little to no lag and good connection. I decided to reinstall it about a week ago and it is absolutely unplayable. It lags so hard I can barely do anything. I've tried every darn fix I could find. I lowered the graphics, changed the resolution, ran it using different DirectX stuff. If you found a solution online, I did it. I have ZERO mods installed. My PC is exactly the same since it was a few months ago. Does anyone else have the problem like this?

CPU - AMD - FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard - AMD - FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
8GB of Memory
Graphics Card - XFX - Radeon R9 270X 2GB Double Dissipation Video Card
Is it simply that my stuff is out of date or incompatible now? I need help guys, I've been stressing over this for days.
