I believe official servers force a wipe the first Thursday of every Month. Community servers wipe may wipe more often.

It wipes every 1st thursday of the month at around 2pm eastern time. So the last wipe was like 5 days ago on official servers.
The time of the wipe is approximate and changes a lot.
