Half-Life Model Viewer Keeps on Crashing when I try to load a certain model

So far Half-life model viewer has been working with the majority of models that I've tried to view in it.
I primarily use it to edit the hitboxes for models so I need to see what I'm doing.
But when I try to load this model it just automatically crashes and so I can't see anything.
Does anyone know why this happens? Any form of help would be greatly appreciated.
