Heli towers are a common thing however it has become too common and some towers can take down tens of Heli's if not a hundred throughout a wipe session so they are in need of a mechanic. If a Heli is killed 3 times near the same spot (within a radius of 50 blocks) the next time it appears it will come with a 2nd heli, both of which whil drop 1-3 paratrooper npc's each when they come under fire again, the troopers are immune to damage the first 0.2-0.5 seconds upon spawning at the heli and open their parashoot 3-4 blocks away from the ground and start firing while they slowly drop. If they are killed it will increase its respawn time by 3-5 times and if they are not killed then they will spawn as a duo the next 2 times. Paratroopers are equipped with heavy armor & common rifles using 5.56 ammo and will have some food & healing items, they will use the healing items if they go below 50% health, if the Heli is killed but the paratroopers remain they will patrol the area and shoot down any player. If they encounter a base they will start throwing explosives if they spawned with any.
why not just increase Helicopter health and rockets ? . But it would be pointless if they are made invulnerable . Devs are having enough problems introducing Scientists without a complicated scenario for paratroopers with extensive behavioural actions included as well as a complex change to the way the helicopters work,
