Blueprint's should be recycle-able into 10-20 scrap it is as simple as that... they drop a lot from loot boxes and even if drop was decreased they would still be found by people who have them so the only counter from having them litter the ground as people throw out the useless stuff they would have to be recycled and for 10-20 scrap considering research cost it would not be unreasonable at all.
items littering the ground causes server resources to be wasted, if a lot does it a server could lag which is why they made furnaces stop upon being filled now rather than spit out 1 by 1 of charcoal or whatever. This change would be healthy towards servers.
Or speed up despawn time on blue prints. LOL ;P
or just dont drop them... they r useless and should be default anyway lmao
I wish there was like a "agree and disagree" emoji. I do agree that some of the starter blueprints are rarely used (at least from my poit if view). However, that may change in the future. For example, the small and large farm plots. I rarely see thar many people use them. Oddly enough, I see higher tier players use them, because they will either have base larger enough to accommodate them, or they live in an area where there is very little good However, cooking and harming is going to be overhauled. This may mean that the usefulness of water storage, cooking, and farming blue prints wilk become much more important.
yeah i know but then have them be found normally when that happens, or have barrels drop other blueprints as well
I like the randomness of it (and get frustrated by it at times). You find what you find and use what you can. Lots or crappy blueprints, indeed, but to get 20 scrap out of a piece of paper is overkill (would help scrap farming no end!) Having those learned blueprints not spawning would only maximize yield per barrel (more useful or recyclable stuff instead of blueprints). Just no.
they should also consider allowing blueprints of the same type stack up to 5 as you often find the same ones and its paper so stacking should be quite normal especially if its the same content.
... And use them to start a fire like in The long dark....or use them for bodily functions as suggested by someone recently.... Come to think of it, lighting fires is instant here. A bit of difficulty won't hurt, much...
