I think at the age of 15 you should focus on other things than being a part of Facepunch.
Generally speaking, I would say that Garry's staff and the people who work at Facepunch all have some work experience and not as blue behind the ears as you do.
If you are interested in developing in such a direction then just start watching some Unity videos and learn this.
