Now that I have your attention. Where is the rain? I remember how it was. There was light rain and heavy rain and snow and it all clipped through the bases and fell on the inside, but before that even it didn't, but because of the performance hit on rain having to hit new surfaces being constantly constructed you disabled the occlusion first and then disabled rain entirely because of it now raining in bases...
But it is time for rain to return. When will it? Light rain and heavy rain, obscuring almost all vision. Blizzards and snow, fucking up our bodies as we try to survive the horrible cold it causes.
