Good scenebuild and an interesting filter - but you really should dedicate yourself to the technical quality of the image up to its 100% zoom!

The aliasing is too noticable - if you don't intend on the picture being viewed at that resolution then you should scale it down.
Also, the chromatic aberration is too sharp - usually, in its worst cases, its a lot softer and more subtle:

That's some beautiful editing. It looks like a concept art piece drawn digitally. Did you use some minor filters on it multiple times?
