Situation in RU 1 explained by a non russian player

The server has been unplayable for around 3 days. Opening a door often takes up to 20 seconds, PVP is a coinflip (you can easily kill fully geared guys with a bow), doing any kind of jumping often results in flyhack kick, waking up from respawn takes around 1-2 min.
Its in a very bad state, some communication on the issue would be nice!
