You've been cheating in the past. Therefore, you should know the reason why you were banned.
You probably got a hardware id ban, which will automatically ban you again and again. If you have bought new hardware, you will probably not be able to play anymore.
Besides, we can't be of much help to you here. If you want to find out why you were banned. Then please go to the EAC website and open a support ticket.
