What is so hard about banning hackers from official servers?

I have been playing on canada 1 since the wipe last thursday, around the same time we noticed a group with very little hours less than 100 roaming around with aks instantly head shot killing people and wall hacking strait to tc and strait to loot. I have probably sent in over 50 f7 reports and have tweeted at the rust hack report every single day yet the cheaters still are allowed to roam around ruining everyone experience. please facepunch i beg you get an admin on ban them and wipe their base this shit has gone on far to long the fact that im making a post on a help me forum instead of actually playing your game should b insulting. Get rid of the hacking problem then fix your lighting and trees and shit.
