Try to quote/reply to a post, type something after the quote, then select everything (CTRL+A) and try to delete it with either backspace or delete buttons.

I am using latest Chrome, and it definitely doesn't work for me like that.
It only happens if I type something after the quote and it prevents me from using arrow keys to move the caret around as well, arrow keys just scroll in that case.

Can delete everything in Chrome on mobile either, select all then backspace just deletes one character and seems to have fucked up the quote
Yep yep, no work. The quote box is especially clumsy when there's nothing behind it, trying to add text above quote box is so so difficult.

Maybe it's fixed in the new design then. I can't think of a reason why it would be, but maybe.
Has anyone mentioned mobile in this thread yet? No?
On mobile it's impossible to delete a quote no matter what, unless there happens to be text before it, and even then it's tricky.
I can delete quotes via CTRL + A + DEL now so something must have been fixed

Did you type something after the quote before deleting it?
On PC now, confirmed Rubat's bug does actually exist still. Note that Backspace does work, but Delete does not.
