I was EAC banned while my account was hacked. Your FAQ says that bans are valid even when account is hacked but I don´t care. Unban me or give me my money back.

That sucks, but your account safety is your responsibility and no developer's going to give you a refund for bans received while your account was being used by someone else.
make sure who gave the ban: EAC, Valve, or just the server owner
In case of EAC or VAC-ban: Contact them directly, nobody here can help you.
in case server owner banned you: just search for another server.
Buying a new copy of the game is not a thing anymore, the ban is on your hardware, so when you log in with your new account on the same pc, you will get banned again.
