It's listen, so it won't be up 24/7, but will be up for the next hour.

It's hosted on my network, I have only a 0.7mb/s upload connection.
It isn't a good idea to post about your server in Games in Progress, there's a forum in the Garry's Mod section called "Server Advertisement" for a reason.
But really, this is just for a quick game, not a server being hosted 24/7.
