Dude, that loading screen isn't "the best" just because it "costs money". You'll see that it has almost 300 downloads; it is likely that there are almost 300 other servers with the exact same loading screen. And the fact that you enable it to play music just makes it a hundred times worse.
Furthermore, the addons on your server are generic, take a long time to download (and during that time we have to listen to your shitty music) and aren't actually that interesting or fun.
What do you have to offer that is actually [I]different[/I] from 95% of the currently open servers. In other words, [B]why should we join your server rather than the hundreds of others that seem to be exactly like yours?[/B] That is the key question you should be addressing when making an advertisement thread.
You also have too many stupid jobs. There are ones that are exactly the same, like Thief and Robber. Why?
And get a proper web domain.

Can't you just add 10 more printers? - No seriously, having that many printers is so useless. And what Kaze4159 said is perfectly true.
