Magic the gathering - C#-UI Help needed

so im designing a Bootleg version of magic the gathering that does 1v1 games pretty simple but I could use the help of someone who can do wonders with making a background UI, if you can help me I promise that you will the credit you deserve

1024x 768 res. split into a symmetrical 514x 384 following this layout

{creature enchantment} {blank area for creatures} {graveyard}
{spell enchantment} {mana}{mana}{mana}{mana}{mana} {DECK}

any color scheme is fine, have fun with it, high chance that anything posted will be good enough and all can be used for different backgrounds
