Lets play, state ip FOR the game.
Hearts of iron is a WWII RTS if you don't know, it was released in 2004. but its still a good game and i got it for a steel.
The multiplayer coding is terrible, it's almost impossible to connect even if you DMZ your router, get on hamachi, turn off your firewall, and try every other trick in the book. I still haven't found a guaranteed way to get it to work.

Try again, host a game. and state the ip to it. and i will join but be aware it will take some time.
I've got some intermediate version ever since I reinstalled, and can't be assed to patch, sorry.
