Hello there viewer, we are RpandaCreative, a creative server for talented builders who have creative minds
[b][u]We strive to progressively get better at building, and what we do. We expect you to strive to be fantastic as well, we don't believe in 'Your best is good enough' we feel as-though that limits your creativity, nobody has a best because there is no limit to your creativity, therefore you should not have a 'best' as such, but you should progressively learn from other people and yourself and what you do.[/u][/b][b][u]

We need a Channel background for our youtube[/b][b]2.We need an avatar for our youtube[/b][b]3.We need a server avatar, for our thread, and possibly for our forums (here are some guidelines for this, as we feel as-though you may need it. We want a panda, with green gnomish goggles on, yes the ones from world of warcraft. he should be sitting down, with one paw put out holding a diamond block.)[/b][b]4. Requirements : Before you apply, please read these, if you can't fulfil any one of these requirements, we probably aren't the server for you just yet, sorry!
-You must have Ventrilo Installed
-You must have a means of communication (A microphone)
-You must be an active minecraft player, someone who see's gaming, as more than a casual pass time that really doesn't matter
-You must speak English well.
-You must understand that sometimes your builds will get a fat thumbs down, although not without adequete criticism and time to fix your creation, before we decide to get rid of it, so you can have another fresh start.
-You must be friendly.
-You MUST have a mature attitude.
-And as always, be fun loving, and enjoy everything that you do, and remember that we are inviting you to be our friends, aswell as our MINIONS- I um, I mean fellow builders.
Tips
-Try to make your answers to each question long enough to make you come across professionally, yet short enough that the message is clear and understood.
-Try your best to use proper grammar, remember if your stuck on a word, or finding you have one full stop too every 64 lines of text, you may need to look over what you have done! It's important to try your best at this, as it makes it easily understandable for us, and once again makes you seem far more appealling to us.
-Make sure that you have more than one build to show us, and make sure that it was done by YOU and only YOU. We don't want you stealing other people's work to get into the server! If you have, we will soon enough find out from your build quality, and you will be erased from our White-list.
-There is no shame in coming across 'cocky', showing us that you are confident in what you have done is fantastic. Although there is a fine line, so try not to go too crazy!
-Be prepared to be rejected, we are opening the server early, to a COUPLE of people, who we feel have the skill, talent and dedication we are looking for.-Enjoy writing your application, make it long and to the point! Use your best English, and write something you could hand in to your teacher, and be confident you will pass!
And last of all, remember if you are rejected, we will reply to every application, with a good reason as to why you were rejected, and as to what you can do to improve your application for the next month.

As stated. We are looking for serious people who know how to build. We will give you an entire world(Sky,Snow,Normal,Desert,Underwater) and you will build what you want on it. But it must be good and fit into a theme you choose.

You really need to make that OP more readable, that is quite the mess you've got there, but some impressive builds nonetheless.
