No you don't.
I'm slightly worried over the ping, even when I live in Norway, I seem to get better ping to american servers then yours.
Where is it hosted?

Also, a few other details is that your server name seems to be too long and is cut off, you might want to shorten it a bit.
And your logo's transparency causes it to be nearly completely invisible, so you might want to change that color or give it a background.

People don't care how many addons from Steam Workshop you've stuffed into your server.
People care about an original idea. New gameplay. People don't care about how many guns you've added. People care about a new and original gameplay experience that won't remind them of so many past experiences which they'd rather forget. Making a DRP server with a few Workshop addons doesn't qualify as new content. It's like telling a joke--sure, pretty funny at first, but after you hear it a few hundred times? It loses its humor after people continue to beat the dead horse and tell the same joke...over...and over...and over.
TL;DR: Be original. Stop making clone-servers.

Exactly, good community, good addons (what i mean is not slap 3000 addons for the sake of adding addons), and originality are what you need to make a good RP server.
None of that "hey I GOT LOTSA ADDONS AND CARS AND VIP EXCLUSIVE CLASSES"
Maybe just put a drop shadow or outer glow on your logo that'd help so much
