Hey all, I'm hosting a new RP that follows the events of the world through the Cold War era. There will be 2 turns per year. So for example Summer 1947, followed by Winter 1947.
If you're a newcomer looking to join but you have questions about how the game works you can ask me or one of the players around here.

1. Send in a PM to Vosk, with the following title: "Countryname: Turn X"
2. DON'T write turnsheets that are too long. It may be tempting, but unless I can copypaste it in, turns take longer.
3. DO write roughly 10 lines (of commands) in your turn. DONT GO OVER 20, UNLESS ITS COPY-PASTEABLE
4. The PM you send to me will take the following form for the first turn:

Technology: You give me one solitary tech to search and it will be researched over the next few turns. Keep this to the timeframe and current era. I can't stress this enough. there is plenty of technologies to research in the coming years.
Military: Everything involving your military goes here. Also includes expansion on the map via force.
Domestic affairs: Everything inside of your country's borders.
External affairs: Everything outside of your country's borders. Includes expansion on the map via peaceful methods.
Copypaste: Type down here what you want me to include in the turn (such as backstories, your religion/culture/lore/news/etc) that will be pasted into the turn.[/QUOTE]
All following turns will follow the same format with the exception of the flag and country name.
Make your turnsheets, post in the thread, make comics and announcements and such. Overall try to do your best at stopping the Stupid Pinkos or crushing the dirty money grubbing jew-capitalists.
First turn will be turn 1. Summer 1947.
Germany and Korea is still divided between the allied powers, with the exception of Saar Protectorate. Austria is still occupied. The Allies and the Soviets will need to decide themselves what to do with them.

I have a light semester at school this spring and my personal life is in order. So actaully expect this game to last.
Neither NATO or the Warsaw Pact have been founded yet, by the way.

I decided to improve on this map.
The map has the following:
- Divided Austria into its occupation zones (which includes a new province, to make the borders nicer)
- Added two new provinces in Moldova, the Transnistria provines
- Modified the Italian-Yugoslavian border (Added the Free Territory of Trieste, Italy borders with Trieste)
- Added Andorra, Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Monaco and San Marino (StaleRye's needs have been fullfilled)
I hope everyone likes this map.

Now, I'm not sure if this is a good improvement or not. I primarily used GeaCron for this edit, aswell as other sources, but I'm still not sure if it is a accurate map.
Changes include:
- Italian Aegean Islands
- Minor changes to colonial Africa (such as British Gambia)
- Changes in the Carribean (British West Indies, American Virgin Islands)
- Changes in Asia (Portuguese Goa and Macau, British Hong Kong, British Cocos and Christmas Islands)
- some other change I might've forgotten
