But this will only get better. :v:

The rendition of my dynamic entry.

I want to play this shit with you.
I'm GM'ing a DH campaign of my own right now. The crew consists of:
Nixios the Psyker - Complete beast in battle but a total doofus out of it
Enoch the Arbitrator - PC who gave his life in a Gandalf-esqe blaze of glory to kill a titanic xenos monster.
Samos the Cleric - Mostly silent player, now the leader of the cell
Zek the Scum - Enoch's new character, a thick-skinned mutant they picked up in the slums of a hivecity for only a ration pack. Renowned for his habitual theft of other teammates goods.
Lyra the Nascent Psyker - 13 year old girl they rescued/kidnapped from a nest of Ambulls. Tends to explode upon each invocation.
"Arkansas" Jones the Xenoarchaeologist - A complete Indiana Jones ripoff complete with whip, fedora, and fear of snakes.
They've done some pretty crazy shit so far. Managed to get themselves banished from a Hivecity for a list of crimes a mile long, summoned daemons/daemonhosts numerous times due to psychic phenomena, destroyed an Agriworld's cities main source of revenue as well as the only hospital and governor's manor after a rather wild party - causing the lower classes to follow suit and rebel against the higher powers, slew a titanic beast at the cost of their commander, infiltrated a corporation-owned bunker posed as security analysts in order to kill the chairman of the company for heresy, fought off 20 killsquad troopers with only psychic powers and biolightning, and many other ridiculous events occurred.
Dark Heresy is fucking crazy with the right people.
Subscribed. Can't wait for more.
I like where this is going. Looking toward next adventures.
We neglected to talk about the part where we stole a trench coat of the back of a still living unconscious guy.
Nice.
Our next session is on next tuesday, so expect the update after that...
Before every game, as in during the set-up O always have this music in my head.

I hope you don't mind me borrowing this thread for my own DH events. I'd rather not be responsible for making multiple DH threads. I'm custom-making planets and areas just so I can give the players more room to flesh out their stories and for me to make crap up. Their adventures are taking place in the Fervus Sector.
In today's session: The Acolytes (Listed Above), after two months of laborious warp travel, have finally arrived in orbit of the Adeptus Forge World of Aurarius. A small, reddish, thin-atmosphered, moon which orbits the larger mineral-rich world of Ferrus. The Cell gathered in the bridge of the ship where they received a comms channel from Aurarius, a stern-faced Logis stared them down, asking their purpose within Adeptus territory. The Tech-Priest of the group, Delphan, this being his homeworld, approached within view of the screen,
"I am Technographer Delphan Amos of the Adeptus Mechanicus, I am requesting permission for a landing."
A pause.
"Very well. While the enemies of the Adeptus may rest..."
The beginning of a codeword that Delphan had learned before he ever went off to join the inquisition.
"...the machine spirit never sleeps..."
"...and neither do we. Welcome back Brother Amos."
The Comms channel is cut. They all proceed to the rear of the ship to the hangar bay where Tex, the curiously-named mechanic, is finishing repairs on his landing craft, The Alamo. He takes them down to the planet, flying toward the dome-covered city resting atop a crater filled with molten metal, a source of thermal power and smelting materials. They land in the vast hangar bay where they notice a curious amount of imperials walking about the place. As the leave the landing platform, a cloaked figure approaches them, informing them that he is their contact, telling them that they must find out which of the High Magos Council members possesses a certain heretical tome, kill him, and recover the book unopened. They agree and the contact disappears into the crowd.
While most of the cell runs off to hassle a pickpocket, Nixios (Pysker), decides to approach a cage containing a large gorilla-like creature within. The creature is frustrated being within the cage, Nixios attempts to placate it by mimicking the sounds of a creature from his feral homeworld. 80. He roars with an incredible force, the battle roar of a massive predator of his world emits from his mouth. The creature, unafraid, becomes enraged at this, and begins pounding on it's cell, almost breaking the bars.
As Nixios slips away awkwardly, some IG run over and attempt to stun the creature with shock batons while a nearby Gun Servitor prepares to fire upon it. The IG order the servitor to stand down, they fail their command test and the servitor assumes them to be a dangerous civilian threat. Just before one of them can start an all-out war between the Imperials and the Adeptus, Delphan runs over and orders the servitor to stand down in Binary Chatter. It does. An IG Captain runs over and begins shouting at everyone "YOU'RE ALL OUTTA LINE!!!". Delphan does not like this.
"Say that to my faceplate, meatbag." He taunts.
"What in Thrones name did you just say to me, you Oil-sucking, Adeptus scumbag!?"
He fails to grab his shirt and instead lightly hits Delphan in the chest. Just as it looks like all hell is about to break loose, Samos (Cleric) walks in.
"Children, Children, Children. Why must you quarrel like this? Can we not all understand our differences and make peace with it?"
The Captain and the Technographer glare at each other. "Fine." They both say. They break off and go their separate ways.
Meanwhile, Zek (Mutant Scum) agrees to help a Rogue Trader smuggle some mysterious packages through the security checkpoint in return for half of whatever is within the crate and several hundred thrones.
The others manage to annoy the pickpocket into leaving, who proceeds through security and into the city. For some reason the decide that they want to tail him. Everyone gets through security (Except Lyra who had to be registered for an ID), and lose some weapons and enter the entrance courtyard ready for the rest of their zany adventure.
I know it's kinda long. Maybe I'll spice it up with crudely drawn pictures.

That's the thing about this game
You may think you are just having a simple chat with a veteran guardsman but little do you know that you have just sparked a chain of events that will lead to an all out civil war across the whole damn planet.
And that's on a good day.

I need to get my hands on this after we've finished our current DnD campaign.
wait what is Dark Heresy?
wait what is Dark Heresy?
The players work for a galaxy spanning Secret Intelligence service, hunting down heretics, smelly aliens and nasty Daemons. And then they become Daemons.
wait what is Dark Heresy?
DnD clone is SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHS. Except with less Mahreens and more Psyker-spawned Daemons out of nowhere.
To continue from where I last left off: The Cell had just passed through Adeptus security safely with only several of their weapons being taken away.

Delphan, being the only one allowed through security without screening, was the first to leave. He entered into a large dome-shaped courtyard. To the south, a monorail platform which led toward the massive forges and various industrial laboratories of the city. To the west, a tunnel leading to the Adeptus University and High Magos Council Headquarters. To the east, a tunnel leading to the business and residential sectors of the city. And in the middle of the dome, a large set of levitating rings slowly spinning about one another hung over a large hole leading down to the molten metal far below.
Delphan was familiar with the layout with the exception of this new structure. He approached it. While leaning on the railing, a man, clad in a floral shirt with eye lenses and a small chest at his side, began talking to him.
"It's incredible. Isn't it?" said the stranger, gesturing toward the structure.
"A real feat of engineering. It supposedly uses the geothermal energy from down there to power it's own anti-grav field. It doesn't look to bad either."
Delphan said nothing.
"Oh...how rude of me. I forgot to introduce myself. The name's Biflora."
Delphan raised an eyebrow.
"That's an interesting chest you have there." He said. "Are those legs?"
"Yes, they are. Saves me the trouble of carrying it around. Nifty things these servitors."
"Are those teeth?"
"Uhm...yes. Purely for decoration of course...but don't get too close to it anyway."
Delphan excused himself and backed away slowly just as Zek, Samos, and Arkansas exited Security.
"Where are the others?"
"Nixios can come through; Lyra on the other hand has no ID - that's the price we pay for abducting her from her own world. Nixios should take care of that quickly enough. They'll catch up sooner or later."
They decided to continue tailing the would-be pickpocket into the residential part of the city. After several minutes of walking, they exited into a vast dome, larger than any most of the group had ever seen before. Large towers dominated the skyline, mostly worker class living quarters and other civil services. Beyond that were the various stores and business in the distance, the commercial district. The pickpocket managed to disappear into the throngs of people.
"I was getting bored of him anyway." Huffed Zek.
The carried on down a side street, passing a mechanical warehouse and some living quarters, towards what appeared to be a small grassy park with a lake in the middle. A lone man stood with his back toward them, a bucket under his arm, unmoving. Across the lake, a congregation of small people were gathered about a podium where an eccentrically-dressed man was yelling at them for silence.
"Looks like we've got the beginnings of an act of heresy on our hands, boys." Sneered Zek.
"We'll deal with them later. I want to see what this man's story is." Said Samos, pointing at the lone figure.

More later...
As far as I can tell.
Also the above story will result in a shoot out and someone's violent a bloody death.
Hnnnng, can't wait for tomorrow...
Also, I think we should improve a bit on the IC actions/dialogue/behaviour department. Though, for that, I guess we'll need to get accustomed to the game's rules a bit more.
To continue from where I last left off: The Cell had just passed through Adeptus security safely with only several of their weapons being taken away.

Most blatant Discworld reference ever. Awesome.
We didn't have too much IC last time to be honest, although I kinda tried not to make too smart decisions. Feral worlders don't think much.
Yeah. We need more IC, especially now that we're past the shittiest victory ever. :v:
Edit: Also, why did we get such few ratings? :saddowns:
not many people are reading this thread, that's why.
I'm really intrigued... I'd love to try some fun RP like that, but I have no friends, haha.
Where we last left out heroes: Nixios and Lyra in customs; a pickpocket escaped; a man with a bucket; a crowd of small people around a large stand.
"...I want to see what this man's story is." Said Samos, pointing at the lone figure.
They silently approached within several feet of the forlorn man, standing behind him. Samos was the first to speak.
"So...uh...what you got there, buddy?"
The man did not turn to face them. He only shook his head slowly.
OOC - Samos' player: "I roll to examine to contents of the bucket from afar. 21. Awesome."
GM - Me: "You are able to see a curious green liquid fizzing within. You are uncertain of what it is."
"LOOK, YOU!" shouted Zek, "We're only here to help so just tell us what's in the damned bucket and we'll be on our merry-freaking-way."
The man turned about slowly, holding the bucket closely to his chest. His eyes showed little sign of intelligence or recognition of what Zek had said. If anything, it caused him to begin to quake with fear and tear up at the loud noises.
"I'm...almost certain that he didn't mean it like that." Samos said hesitantly.
The man began shaking his head faster, moving the bucket of green stuff slowly toward the lake's edge. Tears welled in his eyes. Small, hairy, duck-like xenos swam past in a row.
"You truly are the master of compassion, Zek." Said Arkansas snidely.
"Screw this." Said Delphan. "I roll to do a takedown on him...Haha. 13. Beat that, Radio!" I roll a 97.
"You succeed in taking the man down, his bucket falls harmlessly to the ground, upright, not a drop spilled. Unfortunately for our special friend here...he landed in the very same bucket head-first."
A pause.
Then, a slight pale vapor began seeping from around the edges of the man's head, his hands started wildly flailing, trying to get the bucket off his head. His screams could be heard within the bucket, screams of agony. After a few seconds, he tore his head from the bucket, his entire face and the back of his head were still being dissolved by the caustic fluid. His screams echoed across the park.
As Delphan finally came to his senses and began attempting to preform medicae tests on the man to remove some of the tainted flesh with his knife, the crowd of little people(Children) turned away from the man at the stand(an entertainer in a small wooden stand) and looked across the lake to the sight of an Adeptus peeling the flesh off of a screaming man's face with an enormous knife.
GM: "The children take a horrifying fear test."
The children began running around, screaming in mortal terror, probably scarred for life, while the entertainer attempted to calm them down and round them up.
Delphan didn't stop peeling the flesh at any time during this.
Eventually he finished removing the rapidly-dissolving flesh from the man's face as Samos summoned a medical staff to come pick him up. The crew arrived and carted him off in a gurney.
"Well." began Zek "That's one less problem we have to... face."
A group sigh. They began walking around to the other side of the lake.
