In the year 2382, HarkArk Corporation had finished construction of their mother ship, named the Archius XI, and had begun to look for crew members to start their journey across the map. Over time, 17 crew members, including a Captain, were accepted to be the starting crew of the Archius. Soon, the Archius IX launched its voyage, following the instructions of their employer, Harken Saw, to secure the pieces of the Oracle. That voyage started 41 days ago. It was the 42nd day now. Much had changed since the launch of the mother ship. The crew member count grew to 31, though some had died on the way. The Crimson Son, a "rumored" syndicate, engaged in a war to prevent HarkArk from gaining the pieces of the Oracle. Eventually, they succeeded and had all the pieces for themselves. However, Harken Saw decided to fight back and called upon many to his side to take the fight to the Son. That battle is today. Zeruel is the battlefield and there can only be one victor. The journey across the galaxy will come to an end on this day! IT IS TOO LATE TO JOIN. Captain Rules:
1. Don’t abuse your power, please.
2. Be a good leader, which would mean you don’t try to be some dictator over the ship or ask people to do some silly orders.
3. Act on common sense.
4. Not a real rule but people have a vote to demote you for any head of division if you aren’t following these rules, like some rebel thing.
5: Head of Staff are like your advisers; listen to them.
6: Be active; if you're going on vacation or away for awhile, PM me. If you're unable to manage the duty then let me know.
General Rules:
1. Play nice; I don’t want any fighting that lasts two pages.
2. Inactive players will be moved to the ignored but you can be moved back to active if you come back as if nothing happened.
3. Creative Races are encouraged but nothing too extreme that seems out of place with this story or a race that’s unkillable.
4. Characters can be killed by other characters BUT the other player who is being killed must approve of it than me. Talk it out. But don’t expect other characters to react well that you killed a member.
5. Stick to your Job, that goes especially for Head of Staff Members; you’re not the boss, you answer to the captains.
6. Due to the large amount of players and upkeep of posts, you should probably use brackets like "[ ]" or "{ }" so people will know you're speaking OOC.

Dwan listened to the conversation Lion and Ject had, as he got himself off the floor. He felt like chiming in, but he felt like his opinion would be biased, considering his secret.
While the rest of the Belladonna crew was busy trying to finesse another missile strike on the Daedalus, Gataska was cleaning up the mess in the medbay that resulted from the near-crash the vessel had suffered earlier. While doing so she realized the hem of her shirt had been stained with iodine. As strange as it might have seemed, the daydream of buying an expensive, high-quality outfit with her cut of the crew's reward gave her newfound determination to stay in the fight.
Gataska was always excited by the prospect of new threads.
[Ah, that new thread smell.]
Varn spoke in an unusual calm tone for him. "Good guys, bad guys. Does it really matter anymore? Look at us. Military people, pirates, mercenaries, civilians and that ugly pale son of a bitch in the back." he pointed to the one Death Vigil merc that came with Viper "Not exactly people you would expect to be working together, but here we are. We have one job right now and we need to focus on it."
(Ah, I found it!)
(sooooooooooooooooo)
Lion rolled his shoulders. "How far down is this lift taking us?"
((How's Fallout 4, Doom?))
"I think we're at least in the 3rd level of hell by now."
Lion chuckled. "Easy there, Pippin." He looked at Ject, Elli and Bruta. "What button did you press on the console?"
"Did you fuckers brake the elevator and are too afraid to tell us?"
[ So I'm just going to act like the Viper's little episode didn't happen on the last page, retconing it's essentially as the response didn't feel justified nor warranted for the situation at hand when looking back at it now. ]
[ Maybe it could happen later down the line when an more critical moment but I'm going play it out with the same events happening minus the episode. ]
Viper stood among it's comrades with hint of uneasiness in it's stance as the large lift "I'm sorry I wasn't able to arrive earlier Sir." Viper said while looking over it's reunited comrades injuries and individual status though it's implant.
Viper kept it's distance from it's newly acquainted allies, not trusting these soldiers of fortune one bit as they all stood in an rather awkward silence aboard lift that very, very slowly descends deeper into the unknown depths of this instillation.
Each party was loosely united in goal of Saw's massive paycheck to eradicate this underground syndicate but even the biggest rewards can never fully ease old debts and bad blood between these rival groups.
The Death Vigil merc let out an small chuckle at Varn's comment towards the organization he served in, breaking the eerily quietness of the large and extensive shaft that seemly went on for an days as it went deeper and deeper past the plant's mantle.
"Good words. Science reject is better talker then fighter like usual. Heh." He said in an slightly pridefully tone down to him as he reached into the pockets of his the new standard battle armor of his outfit.
Taking an roughly rolled shag of unrefined Dunrock tobacco from dirty and well worn pouch loosely attached next to several magazines and fast nano injectors across his belt with one hand.
While gently removing the respirator part from his mask with the other, showing an rising grin as he pulls the rolled tobacco towards his mouth.
[ I'm going to be drawing miscellaneous stuff like the various characters, troops and equipment of the many colorful factions of this little universe we're all created so if have something you want to request me to draw then feel free to hit me up steam and I may have something done for you by the end of the year. But don't count on it to be done anytime soon. ]
Lion shook his head. "No need to apologize, we're in warzone. Usually things don't go as planned when you're battling an enemy."
Suddenly the elevator stopped with a hard brake, causing everyone to sway for a bit. "Stay sharp!" Said Lion as he readied his assault rifle.
With a loud bang the lift doors opened up, revealing a corridor.
His feet firmly planted on the floor, Rask watched as the Daedalus became centered in the spinning landscape below. He pushed forward, taking labored breaths in the steadily thinning air, until the power jack reached the end of the tunnel and the sled fell away, instantly disappearing from view behind the ship's tail, flung loose by the centripetal force.
Yanim focused hard to understand the aerodynamics involved even as she stabilized and directed the falling missile. The high angle of attack would grant it a much higher velocity and a very short travel time. The impact of the final projectile would be much greater. There was almost no chance to maneuver; everything depended on the Crimson units not detecting the missile in the few seconds it was in flight.
Mini Roll Critical Success[9]: The bomb sled quick flew out of the hold, with little time to guide, closing in at the machine than the previous one. This time the explosive was more powerful leaving a small crater upon the machine beneath as several ships took part in this skirmish.

Sylvia took deep breaths as the adrenaline slowly wore off. She gave one last look at her prize trophy, staring at her lover's killer faceplate. She lowered her head and sighed. A comrade walked up to her and pulled off his helmet. "Alria, Daniel was a great man. He did everything he could in this situation." The soldier assured. Sylvia immediately slapped him across the cheek, pulled back by the reaction.
The soldier shook his head as she pressed against his corpse, mourning over her lost. Another soldier came in to the picture. The unmasked soldier turned. "Even if surrendering was a possibility..."
"They would..." The other soldier was reluctant to answer. They radioed in for several reinforcements, and decided not to bother Alria.
...
The allies quickly ran out of the elevator and into the short corridor where a door was revealed. After walking close as the door retracted open. The interior was a wide spacing. Above was decrepit loose wiring and metallic structures, almost as if it was about to fall down. Only one individual was present in the scenery: Zane.
"Really? We've waited half an hour and now we're going up against a Crimson Son boss?" Ject asked.
"It felt like a week to me." Bruta said.
Zane was oh so far away, wielding two big weapons the size of poles.
"Let me guess, you're here to enact your revenge upon us Auditors and you're willing to do whatever it takes to kill everything you've seen?" His posture was almost slouched before getting upright. Tweaking the settings on his weapons.
Lion held up his left hand, ordering the squad to halt. He whispered over the radio. "Varn & Dwan, left side. Iska & Viper, right side. Everyone else space out and aim for any gaps and wiring you can find."
Lion moved a few meters ahead before stopping. "You seem to be a bright guy, are you smart enough to surrender?"
He switched from his rifle to the LWA Last Stand slowly while talking.
Zane shook his head, "Has it ever got to the point that even if we surrendered, your bosses won't hesitate to kill us? And what are you trying to pull exactly? I know what you're trying to do." Zane called out.
[editline]20th November 2015[/editline]
Ject immediately barged in, raising his hands "WAIT, let's talk it out for once!"
"We could try talking for once, if the chap with the two weapons agrees.", Dwan stated, as he slowly sent to the left side in case things do go down.
"Saw isn't my boss. He pays me, yes, but at the end of the day my allegiance lies with the free people of this allegiance. Step out of the way or die, regardless of your choice the Crimson Son, Crimus or whatever you people call it is going down."
Said Lion, raising his weapon. Before he could do anything further Ject stepped in. "Is this the right time?" Asked Lion while keeping his eyes on Zane.
Zane heard Ject talk, he slowly lowered his weapons. "You done enough damage to us, what are you trying to do?" He asked towards the crew.
"We're taking you all down. Your choice is what side you choose to stand on when it is all over: dead or alive."
Lion kept his finger on the trigger.
Zane tilted his head, and was dumbfounded, almost annoyed "Is that the logic you're going to follow?"
"Well, it beats the 'remain in the shadows, pulling the strings, causing domestic terror, obliterating whatever passes for a galactic government and then wondering why everyone in the galaxy is glassing your planet' line of though. Don't you think?"
"He has a point, I'd listen to him." Pippin narrowed his eyes. "And besides, these people are pretty savage, you don't want to fight them."
Lion shrugged. "Logic, facts, in any case it's true. You can hardly say you wouldn't resist if a shadowy organization stole several ancient relics containg power well beyond what anyone should ever have.
Based on what happened in a certain UGC building I'm sure you, your friends and your boss have planned this for a long time, a plan with no positive outcome for the rest of us. Am I right?"
Zane was still calm in the situation "Odenia was an act of desperation, a last resort to end something for decades. And what shadow organization?" He heard a signal coming from his radio, approving the message as he heard cries from his soldiers. "Auditor Zane, machines are spreading over Sector 4. Goddamn, someone prote-" The message closed off as Zane almost felt sick. Sick to his stomach as he heard the explosions.
"What did you do?" He asked weakly. His hands clenched his grips on his weapons and felt a sense of rage.

"What did you do at Sector 4!!" He demanded. His armor plates outcame, several large reactive plates angled together, spreading apart as he was holding a hover board with his feet.
The hover board slowly glided, raising his up to several feet. "You bastards!" He yelled out , raising his large weapons.
AUDITOR ZANE - PESTILENCE
Varn tried to dodge out of the way of Zane's attack and open fire on his hoverboard so he would be planted on the ground.
"Weapons free!" Yelled Lion as his weapon started spitting out a hailstorm of bullets.
Dwan fired his Texas Ranger at Zane, strafing to avoid being hit.
