What are some good custom maps for TF2?
Also, what are some good custom map servers? (preferably east coast USA)

The custom map I spend most time in is probably duel_duel2, at the Betazone server.
The only problem with that map is that if too many players join, it should be called spawnkill_spawnkill2...

ctf_convoy_b2. This should be released in one of the class updates. (And the random drops should be removed, apart from the hats)
