Where are the VMF files mentioned in the most recent TF2 blog post, and in the SDK update on 15th June? I tried searching my C:/Program Files/Steam folder, but got no relevant results.
It's in your game's mapsrc folder. [editline]12:54AM[/editline] sourcesdk_content/tf/mapsrc, I think.
Thanks, man... Sorry, but where is that? [editline]07:00PM[/editline]
It's in your game's mapsrc folder. [editline]12:54AM[/editline] sourcesdk_content/tf/mapsrc, I think.
Thanks. Shit, I don't have a TF2 folder there.
How come I can't find those files in the folder where you say they should be?
Have you both refreshed your SDK's content recently?
Redownloading SDK now. Have you run TF2 at least once on this computer? I'm pretty sure that's nothing to do with it but whatever.
Have you run TF2 at least once on this computer? I reinstalled it but still no success, and of course I've played TF2 before...
TF2's folders are in the Source SDK Base - Orange Box, not the Source SDK Base.
TF2's folders are in the Source SDK Base - Orange Box, not the Source SDK Base.
Excuse me?
They're in the Orange Box's SDK Base folder.
Well, I can't find them. Can you tell me exactly where it is?
Refresh SDK content in the SDK menu. If you still can't see the folder, you're looking in the wrong area.
They are here now, thank you.
Got them now, thanks.
