I have windows 7, and every time i launch it, windows explorer or [B]Something[/B] tries to configure steam or whatever, then it says it needs access to a network thing that is unavailable, and when i cancel it says that a [B][I]FATAL[/I][/B] error occured.
Can anyone help?!?!??!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?

Didja have to post this in the TF2 Section? There's a STEAM section for christ sakes.
And there's also a help section on the Steam forums, plus maybe you should just restart steam and try again. Or restart yur computer, uninstall Steam, and reinstall. Usually works for me.

There's a button named prtscn on your keyboard, likely around your home and insert keys.
Use that, and it will copy an image to your clipboard.
Paste that in paint, then save it as the imagetype of your choice.
Jpeg or PNG works.
my keyboard, umm, doesn't have ap [I]prtscn[/I] button on it...
there are 5 other keys by the home key,
|F14| |F15| |F16|
|Help| [B]|Home|[/B] |Page up|
|Delete| |end| |Page down|
Names in between these, |, are buttons.

It must be there somewhere, never seen a keyboard without it. Might have a different name.
Look for anything that might mean "Print Screen"
Alternatively, just write down the error.

It might be a command key combo.

I figured it out, it was F14, i got the pics, working on uploading them

Ok, so i click the steam icon like always and it gives me this
