Doing some snooping, he used to have 3 Refined and A Stovepipe.

Weird. Nice find though.
Simple, He had 3 hats at one point due to crafting his refined, thus granting him tower of hats, then he crafted the two as one, and I have no idea what could have happened after.

-Tyrolean
-Rubber Glove
-Bonk Helm
-Mining Light (my first hat,had to use it for rebuild headgear when i first crafted bald scout to get Fancy Fedora)
-Stainless pot
Do not want:
-Sniper hat
-Dupe
And other hats are ok.
I've had pretty big chances of getting a hat i wanted,but this will have to do.

It's universal,all classes can wear it.

Well,now only way to get it is by random crafting(3 refined).

Some people get all the luck, with tons of hats. Some of us have barely any items anyways!
if only I knew those weapon dupes would come in handy when I deleted a bunch.
It saddens me the only one I really care about is the one that is only one hat.
