TF2 Emporium: website, take 2!

Good news everyone! The TF2 Emporium has inspired a website, which is now being developed! Wait... haven't you heard this before? Yes, that's right, my old project is dead. But do not fret, because we are starting anew! StinkyJoe and myself plan to design another TF2 Emporium website.

I really like the style, but right now it looks like any TF2 related website, but with great layout. Some kind of gadget elements are on my mind, but that's just my opinion and I think the Emporium guys should suggest things first.

That's the 'spotlight', which will feature prominent community contributions, TF2 news, and the like. For example, if the site was currently up-and-running, we'd have some sort of thing about how the Polycount contest deadline was the 26th, etc.
