I believe that the people that worked on L4D2 were the creators/ designers for tf2
Bill is, in fact, not the Spy, he is the Soldier's uncle. The Soldier was inspired by his wartime tales.
The Pyro took too many pills.
Judging by the times I'd like to say the soldier and Bill lived within the same timeline.
