Okay. Since everyone is aware of the current alternatives or Facepunch accounts of the RED/BLU and even holy crap GRN characters, take note of this. They are RED Spy and RED Hevy. Yes, they are on Facebook. No, I don't know if they are fake or true. Alright, so as you know... They have Facebook accounts. Then, Ninja_Blue posted here about it, and suddenly... Holy hell. Everyone on the TF2 game appeared on Facebook. There are even copies. 2 Red Scouts. 3 Red Spys. 2 Red Snipers. 2 Blu Snipers. 4 Blu Spys. 2 Blu Engis and 2 Red Engis. Then. One day... This happened: Hevy was posting on his Facebook about Scout telling that he is on Facepunch. Hevy went to Facepunch and found a whole crap of bad comics about him. I dont know what the hell happened, but he came here and posted that Facepunch is his enemy. End of story: Got banned. He even posted on Facebook about it. BOOM. Ask the Guy. Ask the Other Guy. I am this guy. Everyone who was on Facebook joined Facepunch. So, final result: [B]IGNORE THE FACEPUNCH USERS IF YOU WANT. IGNORE THE FACEBOOK USERS IF YOU WANT. CONSIDER BOTH IF YOU WANT.[/B] Its your life. If you want to make threads about "Oh guiz why there are so many spammers, lol, fucktards", go ahead. It will get locked. This thread was made for everyone who wants to know when did it truly started. (Altough, I must say that the only Heavy for me is Facebook Hevy.)

I enjoy the fad, it's pretty interesting interacting with usually blank characters, even if they are operated by other fans. I don't see how it hurts anyone and it's just in good fun.

Honestly I think it started on the Steam forums. A couple of months ago some guy started spamming on threads over there as the RED Soldier, which of course spawned several other classes to spawn (pun not intended) from it. Valve just went and banned them all, mainly because it was sparking a whole lot of theorizing that it was a "conspiracy" and all about the possible upcoming Soldier update. But, I agree, if it bothers you, just ignore it. Whining about it on an internet forum only makes you look worse.
