How To Edit The Main Menu MOTD

I seem to recall a few months ago someone found a .cfg file in the tf2 GCF's that allowed you to edit the main menu's moment of the day screen.

Can anyone remind what it was as I can't find it for the life of me :ohdear:

EDIT: just for the record its not MainMenuOverride.cfg

It was a .txt actually.
motd.txt :v:
Also, MOTD stays for Message of the day, not moment.

Nah not that one, thats the server one, i mean the one that you see on the main menu. This,
