There is a glitch where you can put a teleporter exit right on the edge of the hole in the floor in that spawn. Spies can just teleport to it, and when the doors of the spawn open, sneak into there.

Hahaha fucking holla patrol exclusive? This is old as fuck. Build a teleporter in the spawn room as engineer and get spies to take your teleport. It only works on the spawn to the sniper battlements at the drop down part though.
