Help me increasin my FPS in TF2.

So I got this sweet laptop, comparing to price.

But the Intel 4500M is not so powerful, sure I can run CS:S all high and L4D on pretty low settings.

But my FPS in TF2 is about 9~12. So I'm simply asking you any good configs/console commands to make TF2 playable.

In case someone wanted full specs:

-Intel Pentium dual-core T3400
(2.16Ghz, 667 MHz FSB, 1MB L2 cache)
-4Gb DDR2 (-1Gb for the gfx card)
-Intel Media Accelerator 4500M (1,2Gb)

why? more vram =! much better performance
