Lame.
Only one word to summarize this: Fuck.
Update of the year 2010 But maybe the server fix will be useful.
Fucking Valve
This is getting really annoying.
Wow.
Oh yeah a 71MB update and just this?
I was just about to post a thread about this >:C Anyway, now I can't connect to any servers! It says they're running an old- and then it gets cut off. Time to wait.
was it trading or polycount to be released this month oh well
Make a thread about it. Fucking jeez.
was it trading or polycount to be released this month oh well
I believe they said in a month. Not this month. Cool, thanks, Valve, for showing that you still do regular bug fixes. Unlike most of you I actually appreciate the fact that Valve does regular updates.
-snip- false alarm!
:colbert: Trading in the next update. 6 updates later... :frog: Gentlemen, we're going to be waiting for a long time.
Funny thing is, Valve, in 2009, promised us trading in the following year. Trading released: December 31st, 2010, 10 PM.
sigh...I want The Black Box already!
Guys come on they are just trying to help make the game better by removing glitches :saddowns: What did you expect from "Update (August 31st)", a mega update? They would've posted on the blog.
Is anyone else getting a Could not connect to Steam error
Not this again.
:colbert: Trading in the next update. 6 updates later... :frog: Gentlemen, we're going to be waiting for a long time.
They never said NEXT update. They said next BIG update. And they said it would be next month. It doesn't look like September to me. Calm down, people, jeez. At least they're making sure all the little bugs are worked out. I guess you'd prefer if Steamworks stats were broken until we got the big update?
Oh yeah a 71MB update and just this?
Yes, considering that you have to completely redownload all of the files that they update.
:suicide:
:colbert: Trading in the next update. 6 updates later... :frog: Gentlemen, we're going to be waiting for a long time.
they said next major update
It seems it has just updated again.
It's September for me :V
But not till tomorrow here in Valve land.
It's September for me :V
so what?
I'll keep saying it'll be next Thursday until Thursday proves me wrong. Then I'll say it's next Thursday.
Cmon guys dont be so glum chums, at least valves constantly updating everything to fix bugs and optimize servers and what not, most companies dont put nearly this much work into supporting a 3 year old game!
