I use Kritz over uber all the time but I think it should get a buff, it does get a 25% faster uber and the tuant can heal the medic now, but it lacks other use I was thinking sense the TF2 amounts of critz got nerfed why not give it a buff of 3-5% more chance of a crit to the person it is healing. Maybe that would make it too overpowered, but I don't see how really. If not that maybe it should help the medic regain health 3% faster that would really help balance it out I believe.

Of course, you still see the insanely epic Medic/Soldier pair with the Kritzkreig that absolutely kicks everyone's ass ruthlessly.

honestly soldier isn't a defensive class it is offense but you said kritzkreig is for defense it kinda contradicts what you just said

Yes.
The Kritzkrieg should have a higher over heal rate to insure that patients survive once the crit charge is deployed.

I would prefer it bringing the medic to an overheal upon deploying a Kritz.
If anything, the needle gun needs a buff. Even with the skill based increase of crit chance, which is hell of a lot more, most Medics would rather be able to live when retreating to safety. When I'm a Medic and I'm shooting or attacking anything, It's almost always in self defense and I do it when falling back to a safe zone.
Needle gun needs a better reason to use it. My personal favorite buff for it is increased health regeneration rate. It's a good balance between high risk/high reward and low risk/low reward.
Kritzcrieg already has a buff: taunting gives you 10 Health.

It extinguishes fires. If you are on fire, this can save your life, especially when on defense. Remember that you can heal people while taunting. That buff alone is enormously useful.
An Uber is as effective as the class it is used on. Uber a sniper and you will get 2 or 3 kills at most.
A Krituber triples a class's killing power. Krituber a sniper and he'll whip out his SMG (If he isn't a jardick) And get as much as 5 or 6 kills depending on how he uses kukri and SMG combo as both are extremely powerful in a Krituber.
Point is: Uber suits Assault classes e.g. Pyro, Soldier and Demoman.
While Krituber suits classes with More Defensive classes e.g. Heavy, Sniper(Maybe) and Demoman (He suits both)

A crit Engineer can do some serious damage. That's the thing with the Kritzkrieg: A Kritz uber is useful on just about anyone.

Kritz suits soldiers and heavies the most.
Pyros can be devastating as well in some situations.
The Kritz's texture needs to be better.
It's ugly.
First, they need to fix the glitch where when you die with Kritz deployed, it plays the Kritz sound while you wait for respawn.

Also the kritzkreig is great for defense and arena. It's fine the way it is. The taunt is also incredibly useful, saved me from burning to death.
When ubered you should heal at a 300% faster rate than normal.
Kritz is fine as it is.
I think the Kritz is fine as it is, the only buff I can really think of that could work is 25% faster healing to along with the faster charge.
