Just because TF2 is a War Themed Hat Simulator (WTHS for short) does not mean every game is a WTHS or should be subjected to abuse by a WTHS

TF2 didnt start with hats.

It's a clever advertising scheme.

People who have never heard of the game look at it, as I am. I played worms back when it first came around, but haven't played it since the first two.

So, some people will buy it an never play it. So what? Everyone's happy. The smaller game company gets the cash and extra advertisement, Valve earns a greater respect from that company, and the player gets a hat.

Everyone wins.

This is just an estimate but you spent around 70 dollars for a beret, a bunny hat, and two out of place purple guns. Now probably another 18 dollars for a helmet wrapped in a net and again out of place grenades you cant even throw. Money well spent.

The holy hand grenade is an extremely powerful weapon in the Worms games. But yes, it was inspired from Monty Python.
