In TF2 it says that I have the Escape The Heat achievement but when i got it there wasn't a popup box.

it says i haven't got the achievement.
Which means I wont be able to get my Victorian Sci-Fi character pack for killing floor today.
Do you guys know why it hasn't worked, and what i could do to make it work?
