Recently I was browsing TF2 Items and looked at someone's backpack and they had a head class token, it has no icon. Did Valve ninja in a new class token?

Probably a glitch in the crafting server gave him that. It won't do anything for now, that's for sure.

Also just to throw this out there...
There are three PDAs in the item_game.txt file; one has the picture of a disguise kit and the other have the pictures of Engineer's Destroy PDA. Probably old news.
There is also grenade and building slot token. Look at last items.

Also a building token. These could give a ton of potential for customization of your loadout.

Those are only there because the game has hidden grenade and building slots. They've been around for a long time, actually, so most likely if they don't get used in the Engineer Update then they probably won't ever get used. Just remnants of internal testing left over in the game. The reason they have tokens for them is probably to have placeholders in case the game somehow tries to create a token for one of those slots. That's the reason they have no icon; they aren't meant for anyone to have them.

As for the OP. I believe we must test this. Somebody craft 4 of their precious hats.

So mods must not see anything in it that is bannable.
I cleared it with Dragon over MSN.
There might be another way to get hats.
Maybe Class Token + Head Token + 1 Refined makes a hat?

If it cost 4 hats to make this, then it should make something special. Seeing the rarity of hats, this may be a hint at lowering the drop rate of them.

The way tf2items.com marks Valve employees is by searching their profile to see if they're in the official Valve employee Steam group. He's probably just not in the group for some reason.
