Can't Join any servers.

I finaly got TF2 for the PC. But whenever I try to join a server this pops up.
Now before you say "omg nub, google it" I already did and could not find anything. Please help. Thank you.

Looks to me like one of your files differentiates from the server's. I'd just reinstall TF2.

I'd try verifying game cache first, that download can be a bitch when you're itching for play right away.

And you tried it again after that? I'm assuming your computer isn't like mine and doesn't take 10 minutes to load TF2's menu. Either way, I'd screw around in Half-Life or something for a few hours, wait for the more technically minded FPers come back, they can probably solve your problem without the need to re-download it.
Then again, that may be the end result, so you should weigh your options.

You could've alternatively just deleted the particle's file, steam would've re-installed it.
