• Creating a sound pack

Basically I'm intending to create a sound pack for the soldier and could use some guidance. I assumed making a class sound pack was as simple as replacing their voice files with your chosen replacement and giving said replacement the name of the file you're replacing. However now I know this isn't the case I honestly don't know where to start. Like if there's a certain program required to access the voice files. If anyone with some experience in sound packs could give me a hand that would be much appreciated
GCF Scape Audacity That's basically all you need. GCF Scape to extract the sounds from the game files. Audacity to edit the sound files.
I swear I saw something like this just a couple of hours ago. Lemme find my response: First you need to find what sounds you want and what you want them to replace. Then you need to cut them where you need to. Save as a .wav (unless you are replacing the menu music wich is .mp3) And then you just rename them to the sounds want to replace. That's the general way of what you do.
