Ever since the update (before latest demoman fix) the voice notifier icon thing (lower right of screen) that displays the player's name when they're talking has mysteriously disappeared. Very rarely do I see it working; mainly right when I join a server, but after I die/teamswap/etc it just stops displaying.
Is anyone else having this problem, or does anyone know of a fix? Thanks!
Ive always had this problem right after I join a game, but it will appear later in the match.
I have the issue with spectators, but I thought that was something they put in intentionally.
Happens to me all the time.
It's been happening more than usual recently, though.

That's my main problem. I can't get the name of them to report them. :P Ah well, I suppose I can go whine on the Steam forums.
I only seem to get it on the Arena server I frequent, and that's only when whoever is doing it is on spectator/waiting to play. And then it's just a question of know who happens to micspam (there are a few people that frequent the server like I and micspam), and looking at the list of players.
