He crafted Whiskered Gentleman and the Scout's Face Shine (Whatever it is) and got [b]hotrod.[/b]
Later, he finally got 3 refined metal and randomly got the [b]Soldier's Stainless Pot[/b]
Anyone else have enough luck?
I'm just wondering if anyone else got really good crafts. I hate my friend for it. :(

I play Spy. A lot. I've never had any hat/misc for him ever. But one day, I took the ENORMOUS risk of crafting my mater's yellow belt with my killer's kabuto and got a Camera Beard. I was ecstatic, finally a hat for my favorite class.
crafted bonk helm and panama, got ze goggles, Im very happy with this
I got the Hallmark once from a random hat craft, it's awesome.
Although the other crafts were not so awesome, I crafted brigade helm out of camera beards, then few months later crafted a random beanie :frown: And day later I got a rubber glove. How silly.
Towering Pillar I should say. Was expecting a class specified hat.
I crafted Ze Goggles randomly. I was happy, because I didn't have any medic hats. :buddy:
Crafted Camera Beard and Fro got a Hallmark, however I found a dupe one week later. My latest would be 3 Refined to a kabuto.
Crafted the brainslug randomly. My only Pyro hat so far
Crafted the Heavy Duty Rag which I got from three refined and decided I'd rather have something else, so I crafted it with my Noble Amassment of Hats and got..
Bloke's Bucket Hat. Instant regret.
Got 3 refined metal, crafted a Respectless Rubber Glove.
Hatless Sniper + Hatless Engi = Whoopee Cap

I crafted the brainslug while trying to get the vintage merryweather, but three days later i actually found the vintage merryweather as a random drop...
3 refined for a Texas Ten Gallon (also first craft ever),
Later I crafted my Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative and Texas Slim's Shine Dome for a Vintage Tyrolean (combine nothing, gain profit),
3 refined for a Tyrant's Helm,
4 refined and Demo token for a Hustler's Hallmark.
I consider myself quite lucky in terms of hats.
2 words: Triboniophorus Tyrannus. Wanted the Merryweather but missed by a gnat's wing.

"Luck" is defined by the hat you like so if you like a different sort than everyone else, you are considered unlucky. There will always be someone who considers you unlucky.
That being said, anytime you craft a hat you will be both lucky and unlucky. This, however, is not possible, and for that reason I conclude that you are neither lucky or unlucky. This means that the thread has no real subject of which to discuss and no meaningful content to be provided. Which also leads me to believe that this thread is what you would call "shit." :eng101:

Hmm yes but I would say you are lucky if you craft and randomly obtained the hat you were hoping for, yes?
Crafted Texas Slim's Dome Shine with Prussian Picklehaube and got the Bonk Helm, and crafted 3 rdlefined metals and got the Vintage Merryweather.
I crafted a fedora (First hat) but I never played spy. 2 months later I found a medics fedora and crafted them together to make a trophy belt :buddy: later I crafted a Engineer's Traincap.
