This is what i was saying. I have barley ANY, If not NO experiance with hammer. ANd im pretty sure I wouldn't do better. BUT I'd put more effort into something i wanted other people to use.

I mentioned before that when I did make real looking trenches, people complained that they looked way to blocky, so I thought that this would be a suitable substitute. I guess not.

more obstacles (maybe more barbed wire since that blocks bullets for some dumb reason...)
better fencing excuse (your going to have to help me with this one, it's a toughie)

Well You dont relese your first couple of maps its common sense. Unless you somehow managed to make an epic map on your first try, No one who is good at mapping today has relesed their first map. First maps are usualy a way of getting the hang of the program.

Just don't release your maps until you get the hang of the program and the map isn't just a large, badly made displacement.

is why you shouldn't be releasing maps. If you want to actually [B]post[/B] to get feedback, and not to release, then go to tf2maps.com
They'll give you some good feedback and tell you if you should release that map.
Looks like there was barely any effort. Looks like it would play bad too, it is too open and flat, snipers would dominate, pyros would have no chance, heavies would have no chance, and it is not fun to run for ages to get near the enemy.

That would be where the trenches come in, but he absolutely failed at that.
Fact of the matter is that it needs a lot of work. Based on your attitude you seem to have posted this expecting praise and dick sucking. Rating everyone dumb in the thread who is critical of your map isn't going to make your map any less shitty, you need to go back and give it some more work. You need to realize that your work will be criticized especially when posted in a public forum and the best thing you can do is to learn from it.
