TF2 Machinima idea: Need various remodel/reskins for all classes.

Not sure where this goes technically, but this seemed like the best place.
So I've been writing a TF2 machinima for some time now and noticed that various scenes would be better if the characters weren't always dressed/ready for combat. However after the release of Meet the Medic and seeing the Medic in casual attire for the first scene, I couldn't help thinking about it more and more before finally deciding that I'd gladly delay filming to get some remodeled/re-skinned versions of each class in more casual attire.
However my problem obviously is that I have absolutely no modeling or skinning experience and I was unable to find any models I liked on Game Banana or any other more prominent site. So Facepunch that's where you come in, I've noticed that a number of you have the experience I lack and I need some someone or a bunch of someones to do this for me. I unfortunately have nothing to offer except appreciation and being credited for the work, so if you're looking for anything else this isn't the place for you.
I only have some suggestions for each class so most of the design would be up to the individual doing the work, but primarily I'm thinking there's no need for team colors since this is for cinematic use rather than gameplay.
My thoughts:
The Scout:
Taken care of.
The Soldier:
I liked the WAR comic variation, maybe that's a good place to start?

The Pyro:
Taken care of.
The Demoman:
Again I'm thinking the WAR comic as a reference, but it's open to suggestion. I also need another model/skin for the Demoman, but it seems spoiler-ish to type it out so I won't. Just ask in PM about it i you're interested in hearing.

The Engineer:

The Medic:
I'm aware there's someone working on a MtM re-skin from the "operation scene", but if someone has something else they want to try by all means go ahead.

The Sniper:
Well this time I'm thinking about the Meet the Director comic where he's not wearing his vest, the gun pack on his back, or any spare pouches. Only could the hat be left on his head? I can always remove it if I don't want it, but putting it on him when it's not parented is a bitch.

That's all I got.
Admittedly I'm not expecting a massive surge of offers, but if you'd be willing to help I'd be extremely grateful. I know modelling isn't easy and it's pretty absurd to ask for this amount of work, but I really want this project to be unique and more detailed than most others and for that I'm willing to wait it out until a time when I can do that.
My Steam ID is RaziTheRed just click it under my avatar and shoot me a message if you're interested.
There's already a non batting-bag Scout somewhere (MaxOfS2D's website?), and the hat and mic can be taken off via separate bodygroups.
I think the Engie at the beginning of the Loose Canon comic would work for casual. No goggles and helmet. He'd probably keep the glove on as to not draw attention to his robotic hand.

I took a look at this and found a vest-less Sniper, but no Scout. And after an hour of screwing around I came to the conclusion that either I installed it wrong 5 or 6 times or it is it's own unique STATIC model which isn't too useful for what I'm doing . The biggest/only REAL problems were an Earthbound ponytail I couldn't remove/hide, he had no glasses, and he had no hat though it seems he was supposed to. Mostly this is my own lack of experience with models since I think these are body groups, but removing said body groups is not in my know how.

Sounds just fine if someone was willing to put the work into it because I certainly can't.
Another note: hwm compatible models would be appreciated as they are MUCH easier to facepose.
EDIT: One last note, I'm looking for an additional Pyro skin that I don't want to "spoil" again, PM if interested.
People have already made the casual soldier and casual demoman if that helps.

Eh, those need to be remodeled. As it stands now, they just look like the naked models with different chest textures and pants. Along with their miscellaneous pockets and grenades.
I'd love to see a demoman and soldier with shirts and pants though, nothing else.

They made them too thin and their hands look gigantic because of that
Oh god what.
Yep. The naked models have those arm-band things that have their class symbol on them, and it just looks like whoever made those models textured a shirt on them and covered the arm-bands up with the shirt's colour.

Everyone's hands in TF2 are huge.

Look at the bodygroup options to remove what you don't want. Go to the Model panel and look at that list

then scroll through the bodygroup's "submodels": they're either other meshes, or empty ones (that means removal)
for example the bagless scout is shirt, submodel 2

This could be to my own inexperience dealing with models, materials, and what have you in the folders, but when I appropriately place your "scout_enhanced" and "sniper_vestless" models in the folders they don't exactly replace the in game Scout and Sniper models which is what I am trying to accomplish. This doesn't surprise me as they ARE different models, but is there any way to accomplish that? To make them actually replace the Scout and Sniper? Or is that not an option?
(Yes, I put the model and materials in models/player/hwm and materials/models/player/scout [and sniper] respectively)
it's not an option
it's not an option
Yeah, not surprised there.
(No malice intended)
