Update Screwed Pipebomb Hit Detection

This has been posted once or twice here, but I feel it deserves it's own thread.

I have not tested this myself, but if it's true, it seems whatever bug they fixed on the grenade launcher messed up the hit detection on the grenade launcher.

EDIT: Yeah guys, sorry about making a thread THAT CLEARLY SPECIFIES WHAT THE HELL THE THREAD IS ABOUT instead of "Valve killed the demoman" which sounds like another "High Lander ruined my demo class, hurr durr" thread.
