So, you might have read a previous thread about it, I brought Worms on the 26th of August and TF2items said it was in my backpack. I had never actually received it in-game until yesterday, and it just popped up in my backpack.
So I went on TF2 today, and surprise!
It's fucking gone. TF2items still thinks it's in my backpack. What the shitcock?
I sent another ticket to valve with screenshots of my loadout, backpack, and TF2items profile. They replied to my last one, sent on Sept. 1 with the message "We do not control items in Worms Reloaded." even though I stated it was the Lumbricus Lid in TF2.

And it's a great hat if you use it with the Worms 3D Grenades skin in the Emporium.

For the weeks I didn't have the hat TF2items said it was in my backpack, I equipped it yesterday when it popped up, when I restarted it was gone from my backpack+loadout but TF2items not only thinks it's still in my backpack, but still equipped.

mess with hat(equi/unequip, move to "not found"/invalid position) until it show in backpack. it helped me.

But with a few texture fixes, it is a great hat, it's just a damn shame that valve released it looking so unpolished and so unfixed.
Have you tried moving all your items from page 1 to page 2?
Try the sort by type.
