I looked at the Heavy, Medic, and Spy and though, "What if They didn't know English?" After digging files out with GCFscape and some testing, I am releasing this pack here on Facepunch! It replaces all the voice and taunts of The Heavy, Medic, and Spy (Except The Sandvich Taunts).
Creator's Note: I coudn't find the Sandvihc Russian Taunts in GCFscape because I found out that they didn't even translate the taunts for the Russian Language Version of TF2. So just Live with it.
Hope you like it! PM Me if you have a question.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that this is my first Soundpack I made and released.
Oh wow, this can be fun.
I learned a few snippets of German from Doc.

More like he already speaks German during his voice commands like Schnell or Dumpkoff.

Maybe it's his first soundpack or something.
Meh.
I guess. It helps to test it out some so you can be sure it won't fuck up.

And yes it is. Im trying this "custom sounds" thing. Works well. Ill improve on this and work on other packs!
Why do people keep releasing foreign voice packs? It's insanely easy to make yourself and all these are are copy+pasted files.

I tried it, the idea is awesome, but it turned out that the different voices annoyed me too much

Who cares if it's your first? If I "made" a new skin by copy+pasting files from the GCF except switching them around so that the characters carried reverse-team-colored weapons, would it be good? BUT WAIT, IT'S MY FIRST!
It's not really your "creation" either because all you did was copy files out of a GCF and pack them into an archive. Not only has this been done before (http://www.fpsbanana.com/sounds/8445), but you did no actual work at all.
A tip most everyone should heed: if you're going into game customization, don't ever release your first few works. Do a few and then start asking other people for criticism. If people start liking it, THEN start releasing it. Another great tip is to actually do some modifications other than copy+pasting files...
Dude, he probably spent a considerable amount of time finding and c+v'ing that stuff and now other people won't have to.
Quit shitting on his thread, he didn't do anything wrong.
