When I was playing portal, and got shot by a turret, I realised I was trying to call help by pressing C -> 1, and didn't even notice. I'm kind of addicted to the voice menu, and it influences me in other games. Like when I'm in a situation where I'd say help in TF2, my fingers move without even thinking.
Does this happen to you too?
It happens to me all the time in left 4 dead 2. So i'd be fighting a tank and i'd press x -> 2 but instead it makes me say "ready?"
Yes, I find myself doing it in non-TF2 Source games. Although that's not the only thing.
Like how I'll try to reload my portal gun in Portal.
Or when I try to use my flashlight in Portal.
Or when I hold shift to run in Portal.
Or when I try to check the scoreboard in Portal.
Or when I try to use voice commands in Portal.
Fucking Portal. :argh:
I always try to sprint in other games after i've played Hl2
I never use the voice menu, I have all of the good voice commands bound to keys.
I often try to spam the L4D2 laugh command in Fallout 3 and BioShock 2.
I have a mouse bind set up in TF2 to randomly play voice commands, which I spam all the damn time.
X2 all the time.
I miss them in BFBC2

Z-2 No, I X-3 do not C-1 overuse the X-5 vocalize commands.
X 2 x 2
I'm addicted to the voice menu, but if I play a game for long enough I find myself doing things from that game in other games when I can't. For instance, after playing Postal 2 for a long time I found myself trying to kick down doors in HL2.

I do exactly the same thing.
I've got similar thing in CS:S, when I need help, I say Affirmative.

I press e when I get hurt there O.o
I used to push "E" on every locked door in TF2. Damn, the medics were pissed
I always jump to run faster. Everywhere. It only makes me slowdown, though.
[editline]12:56AM[/editline]
I also tried to reload in LittleBigPlanet.
I was playing on my Xbox, and I glanced down to look for my keyboard when someone healed me.
I saw a fellow Combine in HL2:DM, I C-> 5'd at him, nothing! :argh:
I hardly ever call medic any more but i love spamming no when people write stupid shit.
i always call a medic whit my equalizer out :]
I did X+2 in oblivion once..
Do it allllllll the time

This. Earlier I was playing L4D2 with a friend and a horde came, I tried to hit X-1 for "Incoming!." Or is that Z-1? Fuck I don't know, I spam "Help!" constantly too, I'm surprised people don't tell me stfu.

Get out.
I was replaying HL2 and when a headcrab landed right in front of me in a small room I right clicked, hoping to melee him like in L4D. Released an SMG grenade and killed myself.
I tried to crouch-jump in Bioshock 2 numerous times and ended up wasting a medkit or two.
I always hit certain keys involuntarily. Looking for the "E" key in Halo 3 is pretty pathetic. I also tried to rocket jump in Halo 3, and realized that I could get an okay distance if I rocket jumped with the brute shot.
Once I was trying to hit X-2 in Paper Mario to call that Shy guy a spy.
I need to learn game recognition. Badly.
You need a custom URL for your Steam id and you put that in the steam page field.

Completely irrelevant but I like seeing things done properly.
When I'm a Scout:
X -> 5
When I'm an Engie:
Z -> 4
